Request Case Records

NOTE: Do not use this form for a Public Records Request.

This form can only be used to request a copy of a report that YOU filed through the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.

  • Please note that you will need to provide the case number provided by the Sheriff’s Deputy as well as an image of your ID so that we can confirm you are entitled to the report.
  • Some reports, such as those for active cases, are not subject to release.
