MCAC Participates in Humane Lobby Day

Montgomery County Animal Control (MCAC) has been invited to take part in this year's Humane Lobby Day at the Tennessee State Capitol in Nashville on Wednesday, March 11. MCAC will have dogs on site and available for adoption at the State Capitol (corner of 6th and Union Streets) from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. that day.

Jeanette Farrell, MCAC Director states, "We are excited to have this opportunity to not only find loving homes for some of our animals, but to also show our support of stronger legislation pertaining to animal welfare in TN." She continues, "I invite each of you to join us on March 11 and show your support of strengthening Tennessee laws for the animals of our community."
