As the elected Montgomery County Assessor of Property, I am committed to promoting transparency and public awareness to what we do in the Assessor’s office and I hope this site will assist in that.

The Montgomery County Assessor of Property is charged to discover, value, and list all taxable property in Montgomery County according to the State of Tennessee. This includes conducting a state-mandated County-wide reappraisal every five years; our next reappraisal is scheduled for 2019. The Assessor of Property is a constitutional officer and is elected by the people for a term of four years.
