Karst Study Public Meeting
The U.S. Geological Survey and The Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation are colcluding a joint study of karst areas (areas that are prone to sinkhole formation) in the Red River Watershed. The meeting is designed for members of the general public and will not include technical aspects of the study. The meeting is being hosted by the Red River Watershed Association. The study findings will be presented and discussed on June 21 at 6 p.m. at the montgomery County Building and Codes Department in Veteran's Plaza (350 Pageant Lane, Suite 309).
