District 17 County Commissioner Jeremy Bowles and Ward 9 City Councilman Joel Wallace invite their constituents to a Town Hall meeting, 7-8 p.m., September 19. The meeting will take place at the Clarksville-Montgomery County Public Library in Veterans Plaza.
