Author to Sign Copies of Celebrity Cookbook

Pamela Whinnery will sign copies of her recently released book, "Country Goodness: Recipes of Tennessee Celebrities" as part of the monthly First Thursday Art Walk in Clarksville.

The cookbook has over 300 recipes from local and national personalities (such as Elvis, author Sam Pickering, Garth Brooks, Dolly Parton, and Paypal Founder David O. Sacks), highly visible Tennessee businesses, artist, writers, athletes, sportsmen, actors, musicians, bed and breakfasts, restaurants, notable events and places. 

This event will be 5-8 p.m., Thursday, September 1, at Ingredients on Strawberry Alley.

Proceeds from the book signing will help fund scholarships within the Center of Excellence for the Creative Arts at Austin Peay.
