Alert: THE LIBRARY WILL BEGIN A PHASE 2 REOPENING TO THE PUBLIC AT 9:00 AM TUESDAY, MAY 26TH. Library hours are shortened temporarily to 9:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday with the addition of SATURDAY HOURS 10AM – 2PM BEGINNING MAY 30TH. All library materials returned will continue to be quarantined for three days before being recirculated as a precautionary measure. 10 ITEMS MAY NOW BE PLACED ON HOLD either by using your online library account (use your library card number and 4-digit pin), or by calling the library for assistance at 931-648-8826. A browsing room is available at the library where 10 ADDITIONAL ITEMS MAY BE SELECTED FOR CHECKOUT in addition to holds. PHASE 2 WILL ADD ACCESS TO A LIMITED NUMBER OF PUBLIC COMPUTER STATIONS WITH ADDITIONAL AREA FOR UP TO 10 PATRONS WAITING FOR COMPUTERS ON THE 2ND FLOOR. THE COPY MACHINE ON THE 1ST FLOOR MAY NOW BE USED. Social distancing will be enforced - a limited number of patrons will allowed in the library building at any given time. We recommend the use of masks by patrons. During this phase 2 period, which will extend through June and July, the library will continue with the suspension of all programming, meeting room use and acceptance of donations. How to print from a LAPTOP OR DESKTOP COMPUTER at home or work:

  • Begin by visiting www.printeron.net/cmcpl/mainlibrary
  • Select the printer and enter your email address.
  • Browse your computer to find and select the file you wish to print.
  • Click the green print icon.
  • At the Print Release Station on the second floor of the library, look for your print job and touch to print.

How to print from a TABLET OR SMARTPHONE APP:

  • Visit your device's 'store' for apps, install and launch the PrinterOn App.
  • Click "No printer selected."
  • Click "Search." Search for "Clarksville-Montgomery County Public Library."
  • Select the black and white printer or the color printer.
  • To print:
    • Documents: when viewing the document, Import the document to the
    • PrinterOn App.
    • Photos from your phone: open the app, click on "photo" and select a photo to print.
    • Select the printer and click the print icon.
    • Enter an email address and click on the check mark.
    • At the Print Release Station on the second floor of the library, look for your print job and touch to print.

How to use EMAIL to send something directly to the library print system:

  • Email from any device directly to the library's print system.

All print jobs can be found at the print station on the second floor near the information desk.

 

Please note that the print station only holds print jobs for two hours.

Please pick up your print jobs within two hours to avoid losing your work.
