Alert: THE LIBRARY WILL BEGIN PHASE 3 REOPENING TO THE PUBLIC AT 9:00 AM TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 8TH. Library hours will return to normal, browsing of the entire library collection is available and patrons may check themselves out without using the holds service. Limited seating will be available in the library along with computer use with social distancing and enhanced cleaning. During this phase 3 period the length of which is unknown at this time, the library will continue with the suspension of all in-person programming and acceptance of donations. Masks are required for patrons to enter the library during the period of the county mayor’s executive order. How to print from a LAPTOP OR DESKTOP COMPUTER at home or work:

  • Begin by visiting www.printeron.com/cmcpl/mainlibrary
  • Select the printer and enter your email address.
  • Browse your computer to find and select the file you wish to print.
  • Click the green print icon.
  • At the Print Release Station on the second floor of the library, look for your print job and touch to print.

How to print from a TABLET OR SMARTPHONE APP:

  • Visit your device's 'store' for apps, install and launch the PrinterOn App.
  • Click "No printer selected."
  • Click "Search." Search for "Clarksville-Montgomery County Public Library."
  • Select the black and white printer or the color printer.
  • To print:
    • Documents: when viewing the document, Import the document to the
    • PrinterOn App.
    • Photos from your phone: open the app, click on "photo" and select a photo to print.
    • Select the printer and click the print icon.
    • Enter an email address and click on the check mark.
    • At the Print Release Station on the second floor of the library, look for your print job and touch to print.

How to use EMAIL to send something directly to the library print system:

  • Email from any device directly to the library's print system.
  • To print in color, email [email protected]
  • To print in black and white, email [email protected]
  • At the Print Release Station on the second floor of the library, look for your print job and touch to print.

 

Print in color for $.50 a page

Print in black and white for $0.15 a page

 

All print jobs can be found at the print station on the second floor near the information desk.

 

Please note that the print station only holds print jobs for two hours.

Please pick up your print jobs within two hours to avoid losing your work.
